ONLY ANTS CAN SEE

The Kindergarten Children were sitting together, writing. Max and Valeria were sitting side by side.

Valeria : Your writing is too big. I think you will need two lines to write the sentence.

Max (looking at her booklet): Your writing is so small. Miss Lay Choo cannot see (your writing).(After a while) I think only the ants can see!

GRAPE OR WATERMELON ?

The Kindergarten children were sitting on the floor, having a circle game, while Ding Xue left the group for a toilet break. When he returned, he found his seat gone and the circle was smaller than before.

Ding Xue immediately said to the rest of the children, Excuse me! I have no space to sit! Your circle is as small as a grape!

Upon hearing that, Tiger replied loudly, No, It looks more like a watermelon!

INTEGRATED PLAY
The children were playing in various corners: restaurant, clinic,
art and carpentry. After a while, Wayne, a cook in the restaurant
corner went over to the clinic. Julius, who was playing in the clinic,
protested, Hey, you are at the restaurant corner. Wayne replied,
I am sick and need to see a doctor!

Daniel, the carpenter, went over to the restaurant and started
working on it. Tammy, the waitress, then commented, the restaurant
is spoilt, and we need to fix it.

MERLIN, THE MAGICIAN.

Merlin showed me his 2 fingers and said there are 4 fingers.
Ms Anna replied, There are only 2 fingers. Merlin then pointed
at his own reflection in the mirror and said, Look, 2 plus 2 makes 4.
I am Merlin the Magician!

  EUREKA! I DID IT!

The hand dryer was out of order and the children were aware of it.
It was repaired without the children knowing it.

The next morning, the children and their teacher were in the toilet after
exercise. Suddenly, they heard the hand dryer working and turned
towards the sound.
They looked at Ding Xue, who was standing with his hands under the hand-dryer.
The surprised boy looked at his friends and teacher and shouted with great amazement,
Look! I repaired the hand-dryer! I just touched it and it worked!

WHO DO YOU LOVE MORE?

Mrs. L asked JJ (K1) who he loves more, Mama or Papa.

Both he replied.

Wu Fan (K2), because she is my girl friend! came the reply.

BREATHING BRIEF?

It was bath time. The teacher was in the toilet with the boys. She saw Kevin
(a new K1 child) putting on his uniform and leaving his brief on the floor. She
picked it up, passed it to him and said, Kevin, brief first before uniform.

Kevin immediately put his brief under his nose, took a deep breath, and happily
replied, Miss Lay Choo, the underwear is not smelly, it is very clean!

TREASURE HUNT!

The children were doing collage. Marcus (K1) was frantically searching
for something in the trays, creating a mess around him in the process.

Ding Xue (K2):Stop messing up, Marcus!
Marcus (K1):But I want to find the beads!
Miss Lay Choo: Class, Marcus is looking for the beads. Did anyone see them?
Max (K1): I can help you find them.

All the other children joined in the search and by the time they found the beads,
the materials were scattered all over the tables and floor.
Suddenly, Megan (K1) announced proudly to everyone, At last, we found the treasure! Let's do it again!

WHAT HAPPENS IF

Mrs. Wee Wei: Why do we need to put the food into the fridge?
Tammy: It will turn black.
Javier (quickly): No if you don't put the food inside the fridge,
then they will turn black and spoil, and then the ants will eat them.
Mrs. Wee Wei: Cassia, what do you think?
Cassia: If you don't put them in the fridge, the ants will eat them
and they will turn black and spoil.

THE SINGING TRACTOR

One morning during outdoor activities, the children noticed a
tractor mowing the grass. In the afternoon, Benjamin constructed
a tractor and excitedly announced, See, Mrs. Wee Wei, a tractor!

I asked him what it did, and he replied, Make noise. And when I
asked him further on why it needed to make noise, he answered, It is singing!

AS SMELLY AS

It was a beautiful morning and the Nursery 1 children
were at the playground. A while later, the rubbish truck
came. All the children covered their noses and went, Eeeeeee!

Miss Anna: Yes, it is very smelly, isn't it?
Cassia (age 3): Yes, it is very smelly - like my medicine!
